- To complete the congress registration, payment must be deposited into the congress bank account, the receipt must be sent to ujod@bumeranggroup.com and approval must be obtained from BUMERANG GROUP.
- The Congress Organizing Committee reserves the right to change registration fees. In case of any price change, all companies will be notified in writing.

- No difference will be charged for double rooms compared to single rooms. Please specify your room accommodation as single or double during registration.
- Accommodation fees are ultra all-inclusive, and 10% VAT + 2% accommodation tax will be added.
- Payments will be made at the CBRT effective selling rate on the congress entry day.
- Accommodation requests will be accepted for a minimum of 4 nights, covering at most the period between May 15-19, 2026. Single night accommodation reservations are not accepted.
- Transfer service is not included in the accommodation fee.

- The price stated above is the per-person one-way group transfer price between Antalya Airport and the hotel. 20% VAT will be added.
- For private transfer requests, please contact BUMERANG GROUP.
- Refunds and Cancellations: For cancellation requests made before January 1, 2026, 50% of the transfer fees will be refunded. No refund will be made for cancellations made after this date.
- The right to change transfer fees according to inflation rates is reserved. Please contact BUMERANG GROUP on the date you request the transfer to inquire about the current price.

Refund and Cancellation Terms
All refunds will be valid only if notified in writing to BUMERANG GROUP. Registration and accommodation fees will be refunded 50% if notified by January 1, 2026. No refund will be made if notified after January 1, 2026. All refunds will be processed after the congress ends. All invoices will be issued after the congress ends based on agreement.
