ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

Abstract submissions will be made through the website. Points to consider when submitting abstracts:

• All abstracts must be uploaded to the system in Turkish or English.
• Full texts can be uploaded to the system in Turkish or English.
• Abstracts will only be accepted through the online abstract submission system on the Congress website; abstracts sent by mail or fax will not be evaluated.
• Abstracts submitted to the congress can be presented in Turkish or English.
• Abstract receipt will be communicated electronically to abstract authors.
• Submitted abstracts will be evaluated by the congress scientific committee and at least two scientific reviewers; the appropriateness, acceptance, and presentation format of abstracts will be decided by the Scientific Committee.

ABSTRACT PRESENTATION

• Abstracts will be presented as oral or poster presentations.
• Oral presentations will be prepared and presented electronically (PowerPoint, Keynote, Prezi, etc.) (oral presentation duration will be announced after the abstract evaluation process is completed).
• Poster abstracts will be presented as E-Poster.
• After the abstract evaluation and acceptance stage, a template will be published on this page for e-posters, and posters will be requested according to the template.

ABSTRACT PUBLICATION AND PRINTING

• The full text or abstract of oral presentations, and only the abstract sections of poster presentations will be published in the 'Pelvic Floor and Cosmetic Gynecology Association Bulletin'.
• The congress booklet and e-posters will be published online on the congress website after the congress ends.
• For abstract acceptance, it is mandatory for the author who will make the presentation to register for the congress.

Poster Abstract Specifications

• Posters will be displayed as E-Posters on screens. You do not need to print anything.
• Your poster design should be prepared as a PDF file.
• The design must be in VERTICAL format.

• File size must be less than 10MB.
• Only PDF format files are accepted.
• You can upload your poster file to the system via the link sent by email after your abstract is accepted.

Full Text Writing Format

• Full text must be in A4 format (21 x 29.7 cm). Left, right, top, and bottom margins should each be 2.5 cm.
• The title should be written with first letters capitalized and centered, 12 point, bold. The English title of the article should be prepared in the same format and written after leaving one line space.
• Author names, institutions, and e-mails should be provided after the title.
• The article should be in Times New Roman font, abstract size 10 point, main text 12 point, single line spacing.
• After the authors' information, a 350-word abstract in Turkish or English should be provided.
• Tables and figures should not exceed the given page margins.
• One line space should be left between sections of the article (e.g., Introduction, Methods, Results, References).
• References should be at the end of the article and listed alphabetically. References and citations within the text should be prepared in AMA (numeric) format.
• The article, including references and tables, should be a maximum of 10 pages.
